Currency & Payment

• All prices shown on the St Malo online store are based on American Dollars ($USD) and converted to the customer’s country currency automatically. Currency conversions are set by your bank and any charges further to this will be made by your bank.
• St Malo offers the following payments options: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and Zip Payments. The charges for any transactions made on this site are only debited from your card once the checkout process is complete.

Shipping & Delivery

• SHIPPING FEES – International Shipping charges paid by St Malo do not include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. The responsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may occur rest solely with the customer.
• Please allow 5-15 business days from dispatch to International addresses. Delivery time may vary due to customs and processing systems.
• Deliveries are posted Monday-Friday during business hours. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed over the next 2-3 business days. St Malo recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment. St Malo bears no responsibility for lost or stolen package

• Your online purchase may be returned for refund, exchange, or credit note within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is returned in original condition with no evidence of wear such as makeup, scuff or food/drink stain(s) present
• A receipt must be provided if change of mind occurs.
• Merchandise must be returned in original packaging.
• Product exchanges are ‘like for like’ and subject to availability at the time the item is returned.
• Merchandise purchased during sales or promotions is eligible for exchange or an online St Malo Credit Note ONLY if the reason for the return is ‘change of mind’.
